All orders are dispatched from Sunworld in Takapuna.  We aim to dispatch your order the same day if placed before 12pm.

We use NZ Post standard delivery. When we’ve processed your order you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your order from Sunworld to your delivery address.

Shipping time frames subject to normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please allow a further 3-5 days for rural deliveries.
